Can’t transfer USDT out of my wallet because sweeper

There's about 200 USDT on my wallet but I can't transfer it because I have 0 eth for the gas fees.

but the problem is there's a sweeper bot on my wallet that immediately sends any eth I send to it to another wallet.

How do I get my money out?
