REQUEST FOR METHOD: Converting ALL eth in a wallet

I would like to convert all by eth in a wallet so that I hold exactly 0 gwei. I was thinking of converting to weth.

What is the best method?

It appears a potential approach, if I can find a DEX that supports this is to set MAX FEE and PRIORITY FEE to the same value. However most DEXs only offer MAX BASE FEE, with the tip as an additional value, rather than subset of this.

This means that there is a strong likelihood that a refund is sent to the wallet as the actual base fee is below the max base fee set.

Happy to burn the remaining eth dust, just don't want ANY eth in that wallet
