I made my first stupid mistake yesterday.

Back in January I got into Crypto. Investing 5k. 1k into BTC, 2.5k into ETH and 1.5k into LINK. Yesterday I watched nearly 3k of my 3.5k in gains vaporize in just over 24 hours. I told myself this was ride or die when I put the money in. But it got into my head why go down with the plane when I can just punch out. Hold my money wait for the bottom out then buy back in when things looked better. I was certain it was going to be 2018 and everything would fall 70%. It felt smart it felt like the logical thing to do. I sold. Less than six hours after I sold all markets I am involved in started rebounding. I waited a bit. Still rising. Like a gut punch I realized I fucked up. I immediately bought back what I sold. But at a loss of nearly 500 dollars.

Lesson of the story from a newb who made his first big mistake. JUST FUCKING HOLD, and dont worry about short term day to day happenings unless you're trading goals are aggressively buying and selling lows and highs.
