What should i mine with a 4gb 1650 Ravencoin or ethereum classic?

Hi, i have a 1650 so as it only has 4gb i cant mine Ethereum.

From what i have read the best two cryptos to mine with 4gb are ethereum classic or ravencoin. Power usage isnt really a concern as it is extramly cheap here and we are talking about a single card. Which crypto do you guys think is the better to mine and hold, i am not very versed in trading, so i am looking for a crypto to mine in the background and hold. Also, which pool do you guys suggest to use for any of the two cryptos, or is it better to mine them on my own?
