Transfer Time BNB

I send 1 BNB from Bitvavo to Bitpanda 7 hours ago but didn’t received the coin in Bitpanda so far. The transaction on Bscscan looks fine to me.

Does the transfer can took so long? I double checked the Adress and it’s exactly the same. If I click on the in Bscscan there is no Value in BNB on it but the Transfer of 1.011 seems to be correct.

I don’t see the problem and just waiting that the coin will arrive hopefully.

Maybe some know more about that and could help me in this case.
