HiveOs Flightsheet configuration

Hi, I'm a bit new to mining, helping out a friend. After some googeling it seems that it's possible to make a Flightsheet that will work for both amd and Nvidia gpus. I've used T-Rex for the Nvidia and TeamReadMiner for the amd's, but they doesn't seem to start.. What have I missed?
