Best way to sell large amount (~$1M) of eth?

I'd like to sell around $1M worth of eth. What's the best way to do this without A) paying a lot in fees, and B) causing the price to drop?

I'm not in a huge rush so this could be over the period of a few weeks or months.

Is Coinbase One the way to go?

Does Rune have better fees?
