ETH Price is Trailing Behind BTC. What catalyst(s) could push it forward like in previous bull markets?

BTC hit its ATH and ETH is not even close. ETH price seems to be be somewhat lacklusterly fallowing BTC and no sign of independent movement in sight. Do you think this the common trend this market that will continue? Or is ETH going to break the trend and show some independence? And if, so what are/will the catalyst(s) be for this?
