Moving my moons

Ok people, I need some guidance. Been a while since I've been here, pretty much since moons went bottoms up, but with the recent price surge I feel like it's time I got into the complicated process of moving and converting them into something else. I have metamask, but the ability to select Arbitrum Nova is not listed in the list on the top right. Arbitrum One is, but not nova. Also the gas faucet seems to be down so I can't get any gas fee. The only posts i can find related to this task are over 11 months old and appear outdated. So how does one move their bag from my reddit vault to somewhere I can exchange for BTC or ETH?
