Ravencoin for NFT’s paired with air pollution measurements

New here, new to cryptos. Been mining for about 2 weeks now (eth 😅) and just recently discovered all the possibilities of RVN without two-layered solutions (sorry, new, don't know all the technical terms). I am waiting for two new GPUs to start mining RVN. Anyway, I want to propose at my job a way to fund air quality stations using NFT's with raven coins, but I am at a loss on how to start. Current read is: "Future tourism trends: Utilizing NFT to aid wildlife consevation". But it is very general and broad and focused on the economic insight. I would appreciate some insights on how to practically start this proposal on a more technical and practical way applied to RVN.
