Uniswap fees after blobs

Hello every1, One noob question.

So now, after implementing blobs and reducing fees on Ethereum L2, is there still no way to buy some tokens on the Ethereum network with L2 on Uniswap?

For example, if I want to buy 0x0 or PAAL on Uniswap, can I somehow manage to buy them with the reduced fees option? The problem is they don't exist on L2, only on Ethereum.
