Want to sell staked ETH at Coinbase, but waiting period is 13-days. Now what?

Any suggestions?

I guess I can "wrap" it into something called cbETH, but have no idea how the transfer cost is.

Bonus question, I have ETH at Metamask. How can I transfer it to Coinbase, so I can sell that too?
