What if 30 million Americans dripfeed invested $1,200 this year on average?

This is largely a fun exercise and we should go into this with a head-over-heart approach.

Between 60 and 90 million Americans hold crypto. What if..30 million of them began setting aside $100 a month towards BTC purchases? How would that affect price and volume?

It's some basic math but, whatever lol

30m*$1,200=$36,000,000,000

Roughly divide this figure by current BTC prices (I know that this is flawed and probably underestimates the impact of price on investor behaviour btw), and you have demand for around 700,000 BTC over the course of one year. That works out to about 1900 BTC per day versus the daily 900 BTC mined (in this world everyone HODLs).

Would this double prices for available BTC over the course of the year? Likely more when you take the April halving into account?

However, I am not too sure how that works out marketcap wise. I could be completely wrong.
