I’m interested in using rollups, but I need more information, hoping someone here can give me some info or point me in the right direction.

So I know there are quite a few rollups, and a few different types, and I am considering using one or more. I see Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche, optimism, and I don't know what all the differences are.

Which one is the most secure? Which one has I higher liquidity of different ERC20 and other types of tokens? How noncustodial are they? How much trust is involved?

Are there resources I can look at to compare them, to look at liquidity of different tokens on them and stuff like that? Any hack/vulnerability history and stuff like that?
