Internal transaction with 0 value – where’s my money?

Hi there

I have searched around and not found a satisfactory answer.

Swapped a token on uniswap. The transaction hash says x token was sent to the uniswap router for .4weth and then .4weth was sent to my address.

Then it says the value was 0 ETH

I understand it’s on the blockchain all that and the transaction really happened…

But where’s my money? How do I use it? How do I get it somewhere it can be used?

I can’t accept that it’s on the blockchain in my wallet but not added to the balance and not available to me? That’s what existing answers going back years seem to say.
