How to get API from crypto.com mobile app?

I am helping my dad do his taxes for his crypto using koinly. I made a post a few months back about how he lost a bunch of crypto to a scammer. Now I am just trying to help him document everything so that he can claim the loss. I have never used crypto.com and I am very confused about the difference between the mobile app and the desktop app for the exchange. My dad has only ever used the mobile app and when he tries to login to the desktop exchange it says “unsupported jurisdiction” the only instructions for getting the api I can find involve using the desktop site. How the hell do I get his API on the mobile app?
