I’m in WA State. How can I move all my old coins?

I haven't touched my crypto in several years. They've been sitting in various Kucoin wallets as a mix of BTC, ETH, XRP, VET, LTC, VTHO, USDT. I'd like to move/trade them into a single coin/wallet just for the sake of simplifying my long-term "investment". I'll then move them into a paper wallet and store them in a safe. Kucoin no longer allows me to trade (they allowed US residents to trade when I originally moved it all there, but no longer do). Kraken doesn't allow WA state residents.

What are my options for accomplishing this? Can I move these into a single coin?
