Fresh projects & small market cap opinions/approach

Abstract: Found a project which looks good (in my opinion) looking for opinions and inspiration on how to find fresh, new, early stage projects.

For a while now I've been scouting for new projects, also looking for projects which I could engage with either as investor or in terms of services to the projects. My main line of work is marketing.

AI took a toll on development and focus, even though it is kinda highly beneficial it is a wild wild west. I tried stocks and stock market, but the overall process & bureaucracy is a turn of for me.

Crypto currency is a better fit for me when it comes to investing. I am finishing the book: The Psychology of Money – good read – recommendation.

They mention Ronald Read – the Janitor who quietly picked up blue chip stocks and earned millions in secret.

Anyways, websites for ICO and so on are cool. Also I scout websites and mediums which post web3/Blockchain/Crypto jobs – it is convenient way to find projects.
