How do I send USDT on the ERC20 (ETH) network?

A manufacturer of a product from Europe is requesting the following payment methods be used to pay for a product that I will be reselling here in the US.

These are the terms they gave me: Payment Method: Cryptocurrency Network Used: ERC20 (Ethereum) Type of Cryptocurrency: USDT (ETH Network)

I found it a bit confusing as I am very new to this, so I would like some advice on good apps and exchanges to use with minimal fees as I am working with low margins.

I currently have Coinbase and Robinhood available for use. Does Coinbase support this method of sending crypto? I know Coinbase fees can be high, so I am able to send any Crypto through Robinhood to my Coinbase wallet (almost instantly) for very low fees if this lowers cost. Looking for recommendations, thanks! 🙏
