MetaMask interacted with a phishing link

I’m an idiot and interacted with a phishing link, it attempted to take my avax but I rejected the transaction. Nothing else has been taken and I have already disconnected the sites but am obviously nervous and wondering what my next steps should be. I’d like to transfer everything to a new wallet and just scrap this one but am unsure if the malicious code could follow?
