Need help with ETH stable coins

Is there any way to avoid high fees?

Hello,

Deposited some USDC in order to buy tokken from the BEP20 chain. The problem is that I need to exchange USDC to ETH first to be able to acess BEP20 tokkens, but the fee is 105percent of my initial deposit. Is there any way to avoid this gas fee or no?
