Help! How can I avoid $110 gas fees for a swap?

I need to change my nexo (eth) and i want ideally to have cro. But I can’t use the nexo wallet anymore. So I’m forced to swap using the Eth network even using like Usdc as the cheapest swap it’s still like $50. Then I would have to swap Usdc for CRO anther $50-60, then another $20-25 to send it to the crypto.com defi? Ideas ? Is it way cheaper at like 2am? My time I’m in Ontario
