I messed up by sending 40USDT in ECR20 and now cant withdraw without those high gas fees

So i try sending 40USDT from Binance to Trustwallet(i didnt notice the fees maybe i shouldn't be doing financial transaction when im sleep deprived.).

I accidentally send it in ECR20 which i just realized have high fees when withdrawal or buying other coins(UniSwap).

Is it possible to withdraw those leftover 20USDT without being at a loss? Or did i just literally lost 40$ for being an idiot.
