Does using Gnosis safe multisig wallet to store my moeny safer than using ledger on ethereum mainnet?

Almost all of my entire money is in crypto except for my house and living expenses. I'm considering which of these is the safest and cheapest:

1 using gnosis safe multisig wallet on gnosisi chain , 2/4

2 using gnosis safe multisig wallet on BSC chain, 2/4

3 using ledger nano x on ethereum mainnet .

4 store money in BInance with 2fa
