raven desktop wallet – recovery problem – no balance, no transaction history

Please help me with the following problem.

I had reinstalled my OS ( WIN10 – > WIN11 ), after that installed the raven desktop wallet and then entered my 12-word recovery phrase in the correct order. The complete synchronization takes a lot of hours and after the synchronization it looks like a completely new wallet and the balance is 0 and there is no transaction history.

What can I do to access my raven coins?

I have checked my balance via ravencoin block explorer and it is showing the correct balance.

I reinstalled and synchronized the raven desktop wallet many times, but it did not solve the problem.
