Help accelerate a low gas fee transfer

So withdrew my funds from a site to my exodus wallet and it’s showed up in there in balance but still hasn’t been confirmed in around 6 hours. They used 5 GWEI so i’m wondering how do i boost the gas from the outside because i withdrew from stake so i’m trying to see how to add more gas. Plwsse lmk
