I have received an Unsolicited NFT

Hello All,

Just checked my Eth wallet today and I have received an unsolicited NFT, token name = Apyether.net

Do I just let this sit in my wallet and not touch it? The ledger live app is saying "visit apyether.net" to claim rewards – I am wary of doing this due to potential scams etc.
