Could the future of Reddit be based on community tokens?
First off, forgive the bad writing since I didn’t use Chat GPT to write this.
I was thinking about how moons have evolved over time here. With the original idea being that quality content would be rewarded. Since then other subreddits have released their own tokens and I started to realize that these other tokens are more than just incentive to post.
To be honest I pay more attention to redditors that have more moons since I know they’ve been around longer or have really contributed quality to the community. Theyre also probably more battle hardened? Or just more numb to the fluctuations and disruptions of the crypto and thus less paperhandy
TLDR; karma is an aggregate of participation on Reddit and not individual subs. Tokens on different subs can serve as a measure of credibility. Yes, I know this isn’t foolproof but it could be the start of something interesting
