Solo Staking VS LIDO / Rocketpool

For Higher Amounts, What's BEST For Staking? Lido or SOLO Staking? I am talking anything over 10 ethereum. I like simplicity of LIDO, but I dont like holding ANYTHING else than ETH. No stETH or rETH I OWE YOU system. Am I being too paranoid for those 4% a year to risk 100% of all ETH?
