Staking on Binance

Hello, I am new to crypto world. Have started investing in ethereum every week and planning to hold for long term. I recently saw on binance about staking ethereum there. I know that by staking, my ethereum will be locked for more than 2 years. But I want to know whether it is safe to stake on binance or not? How much returns can I expect by staking on binance?
