Sent ETH from another wallet to Celo wallet on coin base. Did I just lose my ETH forever?

I sent some ETH from another wallet(and got confirmation info) to coinbase but I accidentally used the CELO wallet ID in coinbase when I was inputing the destination. I have started a customer service request with coinbase but haven’t heard anything yet. Did I lose my ETH forever or is there something I can do?
