Ravencoin Electrum Wallet Can’t Connect

I just installed the Electrum RVN wallet to work with my Ledger. The file is here. I was able to connect to my ledger no problem but Electrum will not connect to the network. I've disabled my firewalls thinking it might be causing an issue and the problem persists. I've tried using Tor as a proxy and still having the issue. Any suggestions?
