It is likely what is happening in the USA is a Hail Mary

So I see many view the latest batch of things the USA as the normal SEC. But this feels a lot like a Hail Mary last ditch effort to me.

When you have a number of states going after crypto at the same time the SEC is pulling their stunts to this degree. All while the emails which pushes the SEC is in the wrong. There honestly isn't much else they can do other than flat out regulate the field.

Like let's assume they lose on most accounts. Outside of putting out actual rules. They played all of their cards
