Windows Raven.conf – Point to another fullnode with syncing blocks

Q1. Anyone knows how to do this i raven.conf file so no need download entire blocks since it is hosted in another linux PC synced upto date withOUT any UI.

Q2. Can readymade .py script to query a headless raven-cli node? Can u bitcoin code to do so maybe?
