Is it worth it to wait for “dead cat bounces” on crypto projects or should I just move on?

I was a total degen in the last bullmarket and made an alts-only portfolio near the top, which obviously bled to death in this bear. Now I'm left with a bunch of coins that I don't believe in anymore(or at least not as before) , and I'm also eft with a Solana token that /10xed in price but is recovering very slowly.

I became a kind of eth/btc maxi, and now I'm not sure whether to sell those coins at the nearest green candle / dead cat bounce and convert them to eth , hold onto them, or replace them with other more promosing alts.

Kindly share what you'd do in this situation.
