Coinbase is 100% innocent and the SEC is perpetrating an outrages miscarriage of justice. We are counter-suing the SEC and the entire United states Government for malicious persecution and abusive process. We will take this all the way to the Supreme court, by the time we are through Coinbase will be completely cleared and we will receive a cash settlement from Gary himself.
