I lost Moons so you shouldn’t

I was happily farming Moons for months without a care in the world having a bright future. Suddenly I was locked out of my account, when logging in I got the message either my pasword or username were wrong… when in fact they were right. It’s been 2 weeks without a reply for customer service…

There is just 1 thing. I didn’t write down the 12 words seed of my account. I know, I know it’s stupid.. I just thought that I would never loose the account.
