What is Polygon Labs’ business model?

Polygon Labs is a private company. But can't figure out how they do business exactly? How do they generate cash?

In Polygon POS, network fees reward validators (or are burnt maybe, I don't remember). But I suppose this is not how Polygon Labs earn cash.
