Help with amd/nvidia mix rig

Ive got an issue with one of my rigs: (using hiveos)

9 cards in total:

5 x rx580 8gb (no issue)

2 x rx 5700 xt

2 x gtx 1070

When I add 2 different miners (or phoenixminer) for mining other coins like eth, cortex etc I dont have any issues but when I mine with for example teamredminer + gminer Kawpow, the 1070s and 5700s doesnt respond nor mine, only the rx 580s with ~10mh/s each.

Cant seem to figure out the problem, tried to remove OCs and putting the PL to a higher count. Eventually the 5700 makes the rig lose connection and reboots (tested without my 1070s plugged in).

Got 2 PSUs connected, 1200w + 800w. Should be enough.
