Sent wrong crypto currency to ETH wallet

hello guys I'm new in crypto and today I wanted to transfer money from VET to ETH. I tried to do that through uniswap and sushi swap but I couldn't find VET. So I thought maybe I can transfer it directly through my trust wallet so I copied the receive ID of ETH and I send it directly and the transaction was successful but only in my VET history and I didn't receive and ETH
