ETH 2.0 Staking still possible?

Hi Guys,

My question, can I still participate in ETH2.0 staking? Since I basically just hodl I thought, why not staking and checked binance. They give you the option to stake to ETH 2.0, but somehow they give you their native BETH Token as reward which can be exchanged 1:1 to ETH. Besides it sounding really sketchy, I do not want to support Binance in any way. My question, is it still possible to stake ETH via Ledger? Or is the Binance ETH 2.0 recommendable?
