Is there a really comprehensive guide to etherscan?

As many others I too use etherscan.io for tracing transactions but for the love of god it can become confusing pretty much pretty fast. I would really like to get a deeper understanding on what I see but couldn't find any comprehensive guide on the matter. Yeah, there are a lot of blog posts and 10 min videos where they explain you the basics like "here are the internal transactions, here you can see the tokens, here are the details of the smart contract" but I would like to know EXACTLY what do those details mean, how to interpret the transaction when someone uses a bridge, wtf internal transactions really mean other than some blurry concept, how to list all the NFTs belonging to a specific address etc. The more expert stuff. Like a zero to hero thing, a whole course (even if it's for charge).
Is there anything out there what teaches you these kind of things, or you simply have to become a solidity expert to understand all of this on your own.
