What are the best people to follow to hear about upcoming projects?

I don’t mind if they are communities, discord chats, twitter profiles or YouTubers etc. Preferably a smaller group/individual as often larger communities/influencers are often subject to being less likely to promote higher-risk projects. or even any patreons of influencers that you think give reliable info.
