Sent ETH from Coinbase to MetaMask. Transaction shows complete but the funds aren’t there.

Wallet address is good, confirmed it was sent via Etherium network. When I check the block explorer it shows that it was sent as an Internal Txns, what does that mean and how do I view it in MetaMask?
