Converting tokens back to ETH

My metamask wallet was compromised last week in the Celcius phishing scam. I've lost the ether it contained, but there's around $1000 split between HVN tokens, KICK tokens and PLAY. Using Uniswap, I need to add ETH to the wallet to be able to convert these back to ETH. Is there any other way to convert these tokens without having a balance/ I was thinking there may be a way to use the converted ETH tokens as gas for the transaction?
