Which Layer-2 is the most secure to migrate from L1?

Polygon POS only has 100 validators and is being controlled by 5/9 multisigs

Optimism has not activated fraud-proofs and most other L2s have red warnings on L2 Beat

The choice is really ZkSync or StarkEx. On paper ZkSync may be the most secure since it’s ZKR and not validium. However, StarkEx already have billions of TVL and more battle-tested than ZkSync.

Is it a good idea to move a lot (like 90%) of my funds on L1 to StarkEx?
