RVN flypool Hashrate moving to ETC

Hey guys, recently beepool's RVN hashrate has plummited and i guess it's the same problem that happened to bitcoin, but something else is bothering me… At the same time, flypool's RVN hashrate has dropped by more than 15%, meanwhile ethermine's ETC hashrate went up 50%. I guess some of the RVN hashrate has gone to ETC but i can't understand why this is happening all of a sudden and why at the same time as China's hashrate dropoff.
