Understanding Transaction History

I'm trying to understand what happens when viewing transactions on the Blockchain.

I'm relatively new to crypto so bare with me 😅

Both myself and a friend sent each other 1 RVN. When I view the transaction details I can tap my friends address and view on the Blockchain I'm guessing. Now the real question is, why can I see my friends balance and other details?

Is this not a privacy concern or am I totally missing something? Is this just a RVN thing or a crypto thing?
