StEth and rETH

Is there anywhere I can stake these two as an LP? Potentially earn a little extra rewards over just the % you get from holding. I've split my Eth 40/40/10 in STeth, rETH and plain Eth, but what is the difference in the two staked assets? And which actually gives better rewards? (Or is better for network?)
