How can I make hashrate more stable?

Hello, I'm very new to mining.

I've starter mining RVN few weeks ago, the GPU is nitro rx 580 4GB, 1170Mhz/850mV core, 2200Mhz/900mV memory, 21.3.1 driver
My hashrate is usualy 9-10, rarely jumps to 11-12, and even more rarely 13-14.
I'm using teamredminer, is there any way to increase the minimal hashrate, or make it more stable?
